I listen to the needs of the clients and juxtapose them with my ideas about a particular block and its dynamics. I am never challenged by the shape of the plot or limited square footage. I quickly turn them into design assets.

I’m not afraid to reverse the function, to adapt the zones inside the house to how the house is located and to the view from outside the window. I design interiors that cannot be passed by indifferently.

My team obtains formal and legal attachments, including: zoning decision, exit arrangements, de-aggregation, conservation agreements, maps for design purposes, and geological documentation.

Very often already at this stage the idea of the ideal development of the land, or sometimes the remodeling of existing buildings, appears in my mind. This makes the whole project cohesive and the cooperation runs smoothly.
