Before I start work on a project – I always need to see the place where the block is to stand. Many factors influence what the final design will look like, including the surroundings. I care that the object fits in with what surrounds it and creates a coherent whole.
The next step for me is to look for inspiration, which I never treat one-to-one. I always try to translate them into architectural language and make sure that they are not directly interpreted. This makes each of my projects so different, non-obvious and perfect in every way.
The projects that are created in my studio are exactly those with which I identify myself. I never design against what I like and what I feel.
I design houses unique in their shape, as well as in the arrangement of the various zones inside the building. Thus, each project is unique and unusual. I listen to the needs of the clients and juxtapose them with my ideas about a particular block and its dynamics. I am never challenged by the shape of the plot or limited square footage. I quickly turn them into design assets.
The architecture of commercial and retail buildings is very important to me in terms of functionality, as well as their fit into the surroundings – everything must be consistent. I design apartment buildings, office buildings, corporate headquarters, hotels and multi-specialty clinics. Each such project is an opportunity for me to create a distinctive point on the city map.
I create interiors that I myself like, so they are authentic. Often spacious, minimalist, with a limited color palette. Modern, elegant and timeless. And, like the body of the building – not obvious. I’m not afraid to reverse the function, to adapt the zones inside the house to how the house is located and to the view from outside the window. I design interiors that cannot be passed by indifferently.

The comfort of my work is important to me. When reconstructing buildings, I use the latest technology – 3D scanners. My team obtains formal and legal attachments, including: zoning decision, exit arrangements, de-aggregation, conservation agreements, maps for design purposes, and geological documentation.
I advise my clients during the process of purchasing a plot of land or property. Very often already at this stage the idea of the ideal development of the land, or sometimes the remodeling of existing buildings, appears in my mind. This makes the whole project cohesive and the cooperation runs smoothly.
